– Use examples and quotes from your past experiences to justify them.
– Weaknesses shouldn’t be too negative. Research properly about yourself.

– These are common traits that are expected out of every individual in every role.

4) Think about your salary expectations beforehand:
– Be realistic.
– Research beforehand about the current salary rates according to your level of experience.

5) Research about the company beforehand:
– You should know the origin, partners, what the company does, its full name, etc.
– Check their core values, latest products, and past 2-3 years’ financial statements as well.

6) Be ready with the answers to what you have learned and what challenges you have faced during every role:
– Your experiences only count if you learned something from them and you faced problems that you overcame.

7) Do not speak negatively about your past recruiters:
– Even when the question pops up, “Why did you leave them?”, you don’t have to be negative.
– Just state your reasons in a positive manner.

8) Be prepared for some common questions beforehand:
– Always keep a notepad where you sit and write down answers to all the common questions like ‘Tell me about yourself.
– Spend some time upon discovering yourself and jotting those answers.

9) Ask the interviewer about the next steps and always ask them questions in the end:
– This shows your interest and curiosity towards the organization and the role.
